A Few Of Our Favorite Things


    Okay with Christmas coming so fast, maybe you are trying to figure out what to get a loved one. Well let me go ahead and share with you some of our favorite things here at our house. 

1.) Ninja Digital Foodi 8 in 1 Air fryer Toaster Oven - This thing is amazing! We use this daily in our house, whether it is to toast bread or bagels or English muffins. This thing really does fit a lot inside. If it says 3 bagels it means it, I fit 6 thick and fluffy waffles in it as well all at once! That is huge in my house! I have roasted veggies, baked chicken breast and we use the air fryer ALL THE TIME. It fits alot of items in the basket more than most. Chicken nuggets or tenders, shake and bake chicken, chicken wings! (oh those came out so good), have all been cooked in there.  We even made cinnamon rolls in it the other day on bake. Why use your big oven and heat your whole house when you can just use this! It is easy to clean and it FLIPS UP! yes it flips up so you don't lose a lot of counter space when your not using it! AMAZING RIGHT! yes that was one of the main reasons I chose this one.

Check around black Friday deals are happening it is a pricey small appliance but it is worth every penny. Even my husband thinks so! This was an amazing Mother's day gift for me!



2.) Hamilton Beach Flexbrew - I love this coffee maker! I use it everyday and if we have parties (well pre-covid) I would have the big pot option! I love that it gives me both options. Sometimes in the summer I like to make iced coffee and I would use the big carafe in the morning and whatever was left I would put in the fridge for later in the day... PERFECT! You can use k-cups and there is also a thing to fill up with your own coffee grounds. You pour your water in daily and put you k-cup in and press brew... SIMPLE! So easy to clean as well. If you are in the market for a new coffee maker I would highly recommend this one! I got it last year for Christmas and its been amazing ever since!


3.) Food Saver - I have had one of these for at least 10 years! One of them died and we went right out and bought a new one, we didn't even waste any time at all. I use this to freeze soups, sauce and most of all MEAT! This is a lifesaver really, we have saved so much money by doing this. Your meat doesn't get freezer burned, it lasts a while in the freezer and it helps freeze things easier for space in your freezer! 

4.) Vidalia Food Chopper - Want to get your soups and stews and stir fry veggies chopped quicker? This is the device you need! Oh we love this, I can put together a soup or stew in no time with this thing! We love it, its easy to clean, its fun to use. You can't go wrong.


5.) Audible - I love being able to listen to books while I am driving here and there or while waiting in the car line. What an easy gift to give someone who is in the car all time, or someone who wants to read but doesn't actually have time to sit and read a physical book. Some of my favorite books i have listened to are all of Rachel Hollis Books Girls Wash your Face and Girl Stop Apologizing. Some books from Candace Cameron Bure. I am on the 3rd book in the Sweet Magnolia series. There are so many good books out there! 


6.) iPhone & Apple Watch Charger - I love that we can have one station for both of our iPhone and apple watches. What a simple but thoughtful gift for someone who has both or is maybe getting them for Christmas its a simple solution for something that you need to do each night anyway. 





So I hope you liked a few of our favorite things. Maybe it is giving you some ideas that you can add to your list for Santa or maybe something a loved one may want. Life with puppies and the lessons they teach us

Lets talk about our four legged friends...we have a lot of them, so we could talk for a long time! These puppies and not just ours, teach us so much about LIFE, don't they?! As much as they drive me crazy, I truly love them all.  Everyone who knows me, knows I was never an animal person until I met my husband and he had Moe aka Moe Moe. He was a beagle. Once I met that dog, man I just needed to get another one. Moe was just crazy haha, that dog and Nick were best of friends and I realized what it meant when people say " a dog is a mans best friend" that was 1000% true for Nick and Moe. Moe went everywhere he could with Nick, he was always right at the door when Nick got home and when he was single he was Nicks dinner partner every night!
