These Are A Few of Our Favorite Things

A Few Of Our Favorite Things      Okay with Christmas coming so fast, maybe you are trying to figure out what to get a loved one. Well let me go ahead and share with you some of our favorite things here at our house.  1.) Ninja Digital Foodi 8 in 1 Air fryer Toaster Oven - This thing is amazing! We use this daily in our house, whether it is to toast bread or bagels or English muffins. This thing really does fit a lot inside. If it says 3 bagels it means it, I fit 6 thick and fluffy waffles in it as well all at once! That is huge in my house! I have roasted veggies, baked chicken breast and we use the air fryer ALL THE TIME. It fits alot of items in the basket more than most. Chicken nuggets or tenders, shake and bake chicken, chicken wings! (oh those came out so good), have all been cooked in there.  We even made cinnamon rolls in it the other day on bake. Why use your big oven and heat your whole house when you can just use this! It is easy to cle...

Chicken Stir Fry

Chicken Stir Fry Oh another meal with chicken you say...yes another meal with chicken, as my kid remind me all the time we eat a lot of chicken mom.... YES,YES WE DO!  Anyhow, I bet your next thought will be … Does she start with her super delish simple chicken . Again, yes yes I do! Why not, its easy to make and everyone likes it in some way shape or form so that's how I roll. Some say I am a short order cook for my family and I am okay with that. Everyone eats and for the most part everyone is happy.  So start cooking your super delish simple chicken .... while its cooking cut up your favorite veggies, I always have frozen broccoli in my freezer so I add that to a pan with sweet onions and red peppers. sometimes I add carrots or even mushrooms. Last night I kept it simple with the 3 I just spoke about. Cook them up till tender with some olive oil and sea salt and pepper.  Once your chicken is done your veggies should be too... add the chicken and veggies together...

Homemade Chicken & Mac

Homemade Chicken & Mac (w/broccoli for mama) Are you ready for another super easy super quick weekday meal that is yummy for all? This is a favorite by all in our house minus the littlest little she doesn't like pasta unless its daddy's Alfredo...that's it. (I am not joking not even a simple pasta with butter)  Okay enough going off track, this is super simple and it starts with my super delish super easy chicken that I have shared a bunch of times. Next you need a 16oz of elbow pasta, 1/2 cup milk, 1 stick of butter, garlic powder, onion powder and some pepper (of course I don't measure the spices sorry) and a bag of finely shredded cheddar (the key to this is that is finely shredded and NOT reduced fat don't make that same mistakes as I did).  Got all your ingredients now? Okay lets get started... Get your big pot of water going, while its trying to boil start cooking up your chicken in a separate pan. Then, in a small sauce pan just prep your butter, milk ...

Navigating Through These Crazy Times

Well its now the end of beginning of November and for the last 8+ months we have been trying to navigate what this world is going through. So many emotions flood through my mind daily. This is serious I need to stay vigilant but yet at the same time, I'm over it. I can't be over it though, I'm a mama, wife, sister and daughter I need to keep my guard up. Its so tiring, I am legitimately tired ALL THE TIME. I'm sure I am not the only one. We are supposed be staying home more, wearing masks if we go out. Hearing so many people just fighting all the time. I get it, everyone has their own beliefs and we have the right to have our own beliefs but there is NO need for all the fighting. I am so done, how do you explain to the kids that you can have your own option some people may like it and some won't but be careful what you say because someone could just start fighting with you or ruining your entire life because you have an opinion. There is no ...
