How can you not love chicken, that is so easy so simple and absolutely DELICIOUS! Everyone in my family likes it! Yes, you read that right, everyone. Even my daughter who well is so picky its nuts! The other day she asked what we were having and I told her chicken and she squealed with excitement, that does not happen unless it's pancake and bacon day or my husbands Alfredo!
So it MUST be good, right?!
Now I will say the chicken is the main dish in our house but usually there are a couple different sides, because well i said it....my daughter is picky and my husband doesn't like veggies so I make multiple things. It goes good with white rice, rice pilaf, mac and cheese (homemade i can share that recipe another time), Alfredo, chicken salad, chicken on top of salad, just mixed with veggies, it just works for anything.
So here we go!
Step 1:
Cut up your chicken into bite sized pieces. I used to cook it whole but the kids didn't like it as much and I had to cut it up anyway.... this way just works so much better.
Get your seasonings out:
Olive Oil
Garlic Powder
Sea Salt
Cracked Pepper
Onion Powder
Celery Salt
Step 2:
Season up your chicken really good with all the above spices and oil. I use the oil here so I don't need to use it in my pan. I don't measure how much seasoning I use I just eyeball it. I will say that if you use to much celery salt it can definitely throw the whole meal off.
I love my pan NOTHING sticks to it really its amazing. (That is another blog to come, lol)
Step 3:
Turn your stove on medium heat and cook, tossing it around frequently. Now I like to cover the pan a bit because it steams the chicken a little bit keeping it nice and juicy. I cook it like this until it is just about done. Once you think it is just about done turn the heat up to medium high and let it brown up a bit, once it just starts to get brown its perfect!
**Tip**
Sometimes when I lift the cover water will pile up in the cover I always pour it into the pan its not a lot but it just helps keep that chicken tender and juicy.

Step 5:
Take off heat and enjoy with whatever sides you want! My daughter loves Smile Fries and often has it with that and some raw veggies, ohhhh and don't forget the ketchup! She has got to have ketchup with her chicken it makes it perfect she says!! So if you have picky kids, try this out for them, they may just like it!
I hope you enjoy this blog so far and this recipe! If you make this please let me know what you think!
Have a great day!
