For The Love Of All Things....

How can you not love chicken, that is so easy so simple and absolutely DELICIOUS! Everyone in my family likes it! Yes, you read that right, everyone. Even my daughter who well is so picky its nuts! The other day she asked what we were having and I told her chicken and she squealed with excitement, that does not happen unless it's pancake and bacon day or my husbands Alfredo! So it MUST be good, right?! Now I will say the chicken is the main dish in our house but usually there are a couple different sides, because well i said it....my daughter is picky and my husband doesn't like veggies so I make multiple things. It goes good with white rice, rice pilaf, mac and cheese (homemade i can share that recipe another time), Alfredo, chicken salad, chicken on top of salad, just mixed with veggies, it just works for anything. WOW, What??? Anyone who really knows me, knows that i DO NOT love books. That my friends is a very true statement, but there are some that i have fallen in love with. I will share those with you because maybe there are some other people out there who have the same love/hate relationship with books as I do. There is hope that maybe there are some books out there that can catch a persons attention enough to WANT to finish the book, or even not want to just close it and never look at it again but actually freak out when you don't have time the next day to pick it up and read more!
